Motel located near Warwick/Leamington Spa with comfortable ensuite rooms. Provides kettle, tea making facilities, and offers clean, warm accommodation at a good value. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee. Local pubs serve good food. Plenty of parking available. Pet-friendly.

Reasonably priced accommodation in a quiet location with an excellent pub nearby. Minor issue with the shower. Breakfast hasn't been tried but has received good reviews.

Excellent rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are simple yet comfortable. Highly recommended. The cooked breakfast is exceptional. The only downside was the small double bed.

This place is like home in Warwick. I love it. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The showers are powerful and the internet is fast. The breakfast is the best I've had during my 17 years of business travels. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

I am very disappointed as I booked this accommodation 3 months in advance. However, after 2 months, they canceled my reservation due to a wedding booking error. The communication was through email, which I almost missed. This was not good service at all. - Tracy Fisher

I stayed here unexpectedly and was extremely pleased with the exceptional service and quality of the motel. Despite our last-minute booking, they provided access to the room late at night. The bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean and high-quality, and the Full English breakfast was delicious and made to order. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

As the first reviewer, I forgot to rate our previous stay here (July 2011). Back again this year for the CLA, Jane is probably the most helpful B&B owner I've encountered. Nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I haven't tried the breakfast yet, but heard good things from other B&B guests. Looking forward to staying again tomorrow night!
